Who we are

Euphoria Consultancy is an education-only staffing partner based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. We connect schools and districts with carefully screened teachers, substitutes, and special education professionals who are ready to support students from their first day. Because we work only in education, every conversation we have is about classrooms, and that focus shapes how we recruit, screen, and match.

Our approach

Every placement begins with listening. Before we recruit anyone, we learn about the role, the students being served, the schedule, the required credentials, and the culture of the campus. We don't start with assumptions. We start by understanding the school, and only then do we identify educators who genuinely fit. A strong résumé is only the beginning.

How we screen

Each candidate we present has been reviewed against your stated requirements. We verify credentials and licenses, conduct a structured education-focused interview, check professional references, and complete background screening appropriate to the assignment and applicable law. Screening varies by position, jurisdiction, and school policy, and it is carried out through compliant providers.

For schools and districts

Whether you need coverage for a teacher on leave or a permanent hire for next semester, we adapt to the urgency and scope of your need. We coordinate interview scheduling and collect feedback so your team can focus on evaluating fit. Your school always keeps the final decision, and we follow up after placement to make sure the start goes well.

For educators

We help education professionals find roles that match their credentials, availability, strengths, and goals. We tell you honestly what an assignment involves, including the parts that might not suit you, before you commit. Educators pay a 10% fee, which we explain in writing before you accept any assignment. We check in after your first day and throughout longer assignments, because a good placement depends on more than a signed offer.

Our track record

We have placed more than forty educators in Louisiana classrooms, and we are working toward a hundred more. For us, that goal isn't a sales target. Every placement is a classroom that keeps its footing when it might otherwise have gone without the right person.

Our commitment

Students feel the effects of a staffing decision long before anyone else does, through lost continuity, a rotating cast of adults, or a support plan nobody is tracking. That is why every recommendation we make starts with what the students in that classroom need and whether the educator we present can provide it. We aim to be a dependable partner for schools and a respectful, honest one for educators.
