We verify your license and credentials and complete background
screening appropriate to the roles you are pursuing.

Matching & School Interview
Varies by role
We present you to schools whose needs fit your background and
coordinate interview scheduling. The school makes the final
decision.

Placement & Ongoing Support
Ongoing
We confirm start details and onboarding, then follow up after your
first day and throughout the assignment.
Before you apply
Have your license number, endorsements, and references handy. A current résumé helps but is not required to start.
During screening
We tell you what is being verified and why. If something comes back unclear, you hear it from us directly.
After placement
We check in after your first day and during longer assignments. If a role is not working, we would rather know early.
